FICHA DEL PRODUCTO:

MEDICA VITRODUR SATINADO

1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A special floor sealer for the initial treatment of new or stripped floors. Its durable and long lasting protective film
guards the floor against the penetration of disinfectants. For linoleum and vinyl flooring in hospitals and doctor’s
surgeries. Dirt adhesion is reduced and day-to-day maintenance is made easier.
 Suitable for renovating care-film in a high-speed process.
 Creates a satin, antislip protective film ensuring a high degree of safety when walking on the treated surface.
 With increased resistance to disinfectants and compounds containing alcohol in comparison with conventional hard sealers (e.g. Dr. Schutz Secura Hard Sealer).

2 AREAS OF APPLICATION
Vinyl and linoleum floors. Use on rubber floors is possible only under certain circumstances and should be checked
before use.
Please pay attention to our technical instructions specifically for floors and buildings under www.dr-schutz.com

3 APPLICATION
Shake Medica Hard Sealer well before use. Then apply an even, thin, undiluted coat lengthways to the surface of the cleaned floor (after installation or stripped), using the Polish Applicator System or the Quick Step System.
When the protective film is firm to walk on (after approximately 1 hour), repeat the procedure in the crossways direction. Allow the film to dry for at least 12 hours before the floor is walked on, better still would be overnight.
Notes: Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation but avoid exposure to drafts and strong sunlight during application and drying processes and protect the surface from dust. Turn off under-floor central heating in good time prior to use.

Due to their ingredients, some disinfectant cleaners may dissolve or yellow the protective film. Therefore we recommend to use Dr. Schutz Disinfectant Cleaner. Ask our advisory services before using other concentrated disinfectant cleaners.

4 CONSUMPTION
1 l = 20 m² per coat.

5 STORAGE
Medica Hard Sealer should be stored in a cool, dry place in its closed original container.
Keep locked up and out of the reach of children. Protect from frost.
