1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Disinfectant surface cleaner to be applied by mop in medical areas. Alcohol-free liquid concentrate based on tertiary
alkylamines. Acts effectively as anti-bacterial, fungicidal and virucidal (e.g. against hepatitis-B viruses).
The combination of active substances with anionic and non-anionic surfactants provides for high surface activity and
leadsto good cleaning effectiveness with a comparatively low pH-value. Tested in compliance with the requirements
for testing methodology of the VAH (dated 2015).
2 AREA OF APPLICATION
For application in the area of public health care (BAuA-registration-Nr. N-10432) as well as in the areas of food and
animal feed (BAuA-registation-Nr. N-10532). Suitable for the disinfectant mopping of non-porous, hard, washable
(water-resistant) surfaces and objects (floors, walls, tables, chairs, wash-basins, etc.) in hospitals, doctor’s practices,
public facilities (schools, sports complexes, swimming pools) and in areas where food is produced and processed.
Application ranges from prophylactic hospitalism through general practice to use in the food processing industry.
Because the disinfectant cleaner concentrate contains no solvents, the product can also be applied to floors which
have been treated with polymer dispersions (e.g. Dr. Schutz hard sealers).
Use biocides safely. Before use always read the product information and observe the labelling! For all areas of application we recommend a working dilution of 1:20 = 5% percent solution (500 ml in 10 litres
water) in combination with the prescribed soak-in/reaction time of 5 minutes (see paragraph „Special Notes»).
The treatment of the areas to be cleaned and disinfected with the solution is to be carried out by a wet-mopping
process, while adhering to the soak-in/reaction times (see paragraph „Special Notes»). In the case of heavily soiled
areas, disinfection should take place after pre-cleaning and be followed by rinsing with clear water.
Please note: Do not mix Dr. Schutz Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate with other cleaning or disinfectant products,
as the described effectiveness can no longer be assumed.
Dependent on the chosen concentration of the solution and the corresponding soak-in/reaction time.
Store the Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate in a tightly closed original canister in a cool, dry place. Protect against heat and direct sunlight. Keep locked-up and out of the reach of children. Keep away from food, drink and animal feed. Will keep for 36 months in unopened original canister from the date of manufacture.

9 SPECIAL NOTES
– Disinfectant Cleaner Concentrate is registered in the Disinfectants List of the VAH and according to their
requirements has been found effective under the following conditions:
